Most of you know what happened to my nephew Zachary. He broke his femur and is in a body cast:( SO sad!!! Here I am visiting with Q & Z while the kids were at school.

I took Quintin home with me so Kel could get a break. Quintin was so excited to surprise K & C when they got off the bus!!
Lego Mania!!
Speaking of Lego Mania.....we have a slight obsession with legos in our house:) Colin builds things and then it becomes a lego shrine. Nobody can touch it! He works so hard and plays for house but if something gets broken he gets very sad! He definitely takes after his cousins Reid and Jay and their love for legos! Wish they lived closer so they could play legos:)
We visited Cam at work one day and brought him lunch! We ran to get some bottle water and were in the hall when the bell rang.....oh boy was it funny to see the kids reaction. They have never been in the halls before during school when the bell rang and the mass loads of kids were swarming the halls. They were amazed by all of the big kids!!!
Our neighbors dog Rudy came for a doggie playdate. We are working on Kaitlyns MAJOR fear of dogs. Colin is a little afraid but not like Kaitlyn. They did AWESOME Playing with Rudy and cant wait for him to come back again:)

They loved snapping the stems off of the spinach leaves...mommys least fav part so I loved having helpers!
The kids are having so much fun at school. They love coming home and practicing reading and their flashcards. Cam recently put their high frequency words (that they need to know by the end of Kindergarten) on his ipad so they could practice. It makes learning a little more fun:)
The kids read their books one last time every morning before school. They have fun reading to Katie and Maddie before they get on the bus since they are with us every morning:)
Kaitlyn had a rough week last week at school with a girl in her class making fun of her surgery scars:( She was such a trooper and asked to wear her Happiest Girl In The World shirt to school the next day to show she wasnt going to let that girl bring her down! We are so proud of our sweet beautiful girl!!
I gave Kaitlyn a pink and white polka dot mani/pedi!
I had a hungry bunch of 7 last weekend that needed lunch:)
Grandma needed our Yukon to move stuff last week for her charity event she was doing. So we switched cars for the week. It was a sunny beautiful week so perfect weather for a convertible!!

The kids had a blast running around the yard looking for all of the hidden gold coins. They received a prize when they brought back their coins!
