CF on WGN News!

We were so excited that the gym was going to be on the WGN morning news! Ana Belaval from WGN came to do her Around Town segment on CrossFit. What great exposure this was for CF and the gym!! Kaitlyn and Colin were excited to meet Ana:) Getting ready to do burpees with Ana! She was hilarious and did a great job despite how hard burpees are:)
In between filming segments the kids came out of the playroom and showed off their burpees!

What a fun day and we were excited that the gym received a ton of calls and emails of people wanting to join after seeing the news clip!!!

Fun with cousins & friends!

Auntie Kelly and the boys love to come over for dinner since Uncle Randy is at work during dinner on week nights. The kids were listening to Auntie Kelly reading a funny Halloween book. (Notice the kitchen chairs being used as gates to keep little Zachary contained:)) Kaitlyn went to a friends house last week and Colin had his friend Owen over. They had SO much fun playing!

Kaitlyn Lost a Tooth!

Kaitlyn wiggled, jiggled and out came her first tooth! She was so excited! Which has sparked Colin asking us every day if he has any loose teeth. He wants to loose a tooth so bad but unfortunately none are loose:( Look how tiny her tooth is!!

Kaitlyn put out her tooth fairy pillow and princess tooth box. Notice its outside of her bedroom on the floor:) She decided she did not want the tooth fairy in her room because she was scared. The tooth fairy brought her $5 for her first tooth, a letter and a pack of sugar free gum.

Trick or Treating

Would you believe I only took a few pics for trick or treating?!?! Here is some of the gang getting ready to trick or treat! Having fun and trying to stay warm for trick or treating!
2 of my favorite moms! Rose, myself and Rachel:) All of the neighbors met up after trick or treating for a bonfire and pizza afterwards. It was a fun night!!!

Daisy Scouts

Kaitlyn is in Daisy Scouts. She absolutely LOVES it! Her troop has 12 girls in it. Several girls from her Kindergarten class are in her troop and she has made many new friends too!

Bertini Bash

We went to my Aunt & Uncles Annual Halloween bash this year. Thanks so much to Grandma & Papa Willis for making the trip up so they could babysit the kids for us. Cam and I had such a fun night out thanks to them!!! I actually wore a costume that my mom had made for me in college! My parents won best costume that night! They kept a GREAT surprise from all of us for what their costumes were. Who would have thought they were going to be Kate Perry & Russell Brand. They looked SO much like them!!! My mom had a make up artist come do her make up, add fake lashes, do the make up for my dads fake beard etc. They really went all out for this!

We had SO much fun dancing the night away to the DJ that was there!!!

The next day Colin thought it would be funny to try on Daddys costume:)
