Boating on the Chain of Lakes

About 2 weeks ago we went on the Chain of Lakes with the Harvey's and their friend Heidi who has a boat and lives on the lake. We had SO much fun!!! The best part was it was a Monday so it was not crowded at all!! I am having problems uploading videos of the kids tubing with Cam so if I can fix it I will add them later.

BBQ!

Sunday night we went to Heidi and Steve's house for a BBQ. The kids were so excited to see Tyler and Connor! Here is Cam holding Connor...he is getting so big and just too cute!!

Kaitlyn and Colin LOVED Tyler's sandbox!! Even though I am not a fan of sand I did like that it was the white sand:)

The kids had fun chasing each other around!! Thanks for a fun night Heidi and Steve!!!! It was great to sit and catch up!

Doesnt Every Kid Do This In Target?? :)

Doesn't every mom let their child dance in target and videotape it?? Hahaha! :) Cam would have been embarrassed if he was with me when I was videotapping the kids in the card isle at Target tonight!!! But this is why I always carry my little camera with me because you never know when you might need to use it:) The kids were jamming to cards while I was looking for a birthday card. They thought they were hilarious and so did the audience of people that were behind me....maybe the people heard us giggling so loud so we created the audience:) The kids were dancing to cards that sang songs. These cards were "Walk Like an Egyptian" and "Heatwave".

Kaitlyn liked Colin's song so they both had the same one. Thanks to my kids for a good laugh at Target tonight!!!

Space Book

Golf Range

Sunday we took the kids to the driving range. My mom took Colin for a private golf lesson at the beginning of summer so we wanted to get him back to the range. It was Kaitlyn's first time going. They practice alot at home too. Here they are ready to go!

Quintin's T-ball Game

Last Friday we went to watch Quintin's t-ball game. Quintin did a great job and it was his best week ever so we were glad that we were able to go. GO Blue Team!! Getting ready to hit the ball and run the bases!

4th of July BBQ

For the 4th we went to the Harvey house for a BBQ. It was supposed to be a "dry" party meaning the kids were not going to do any water activities. Well it lasted about 10 min in the heat and humidity! I blinked my eyes and K & C were SOAKED!!! What started with water blasters ended with buckets being poured on their heads and then the hose came out. Here are the 4 kiddos in their matching outfits!

Look at the inside of the bounce house...it was soaked too. When the kids would jump water would splash everywhere!!

Colin's cone was filled with water....hes wondering who his next victim is to dump water on their head:)

Look closely at who has the hose....yep Kaitlyn is spraying everyone including Ron(who is a kid himself). The kids LOVE playing with Ron....all the adults are relaxing and he is always the one running around with the kids. He got soaked too:)
