Tuesday's soccer game was awesome! Kaitlyn and Colin did SO well and we were SO proud of them and the whole team! I wish I had it on video!! Here are K & C with Madi:)
Colin almost scored several goals....every time he would kick it they would just skim the net. But he did score one goal and he was beaming!!!!

I am so sad that I dont have him kicking it in this pic but here is his ball rolling right into the net!!! Way to Go Colin!!

Rachels Bridal Shower Weekend

Last weekend we went to visit Grandma and Papa Willis. We also had Rachel's (Uncle KC's fiancee) bridal shower. Cam is an usher, Kaitlyn is the flower girl and Colin is one of the ring bearer's. Here is Kaitlyn and "Auntie Rachel". The wedding is in Kansas in November and we are really excited for them! It was nice to get to meet Rachel's parents too who traveled so far to come to the shower! They are very sweet!

The kids were excited to stay at Grandma and Papa's house!! Grandma bought an adorable ladybug porcelain tea set and picnic basket to keep at her house. The kids had fun playing picnic with Grandma!!

Papa took all of us on a wagon ride. We had SO much fun!! The kids cant wait to do it again next year!!

Afterwards we went to look at the cows. Its funny how Kaitlyn loves to look at them through Grandma's kitchen window but as soon as they come to the fence she wants nothing to do with them:) Colin was a little unsure too since they were SO close!

Lee DeWyze Concert

Last Friday night we went to see Lee DeWyze(the American Idol winner) at Arlington Racetrack. Randy was helping do security there for the concert. You all know how much I love Lee and his music so I was super excited and especially since Randy was working so closely with Lee!!! This is the picture text he sent me that afternoon of Lee. Yes, he was teasing me because he literally spent the whole day with Lee and his family. How jealous was I?!?! :)

Randy came downstairs to meet us and was able to get us VIP seats right up front!! Thanks Randy!! I really appreciate Randy trying to get us to meet Lee and we were SOOOO close to meeting him but we ended up not being able to. But its ok because we had some of the best seats in the house for the concert thanks to him!!!

All of the fans started going nuts when they looked up and saw Lee on the balcony. And guess who was standing right next to him? Yep, thats Randy on the far right:) Lucky guy!!!!

Standing right behind us was Andrew Garcia (another contestant on American Idol). He was signing autographs.

Here he is!!! His album comes out in November! We were able to hear some of his new songs that will be on the album which was neat! Lee rode up to the stage in a limo....out steps Lee and RANDY! We went nuts when we saw Randy get out! It was so cool! Randy said he was a really nice guy! He even asked Randy how he did when they got back in the limo after the concert.

Can you guess what they want to be?!?! Morgan came over for a playdate last week. The kids had SO much fun and played so well!
