Stop Growing! :)

We keep joking with Kaitlyn and Colin that they need to stop growing!! :) They are getting so big so fast! Where did all of the time go?!?! Tuesday was the kids last day of school and Thursday was their end of the year program. I went back and looked at pictures of them from the first day of school and couldn't believe how much they have grown in one school year.

Bumbo Seat

My kids always loved sitting in their Bumbo seats!! The problem is they still like sitting in them at 4 1/2 years old:) How cute are they in this picture at 6 months old?!?! And here they are at 4 1/2 yrs old and they still fit :)

Thanks Zachary for always sharing your Bumbo with K & C:) I couldn't resist taking a few pics of Zachary when I was babysitting on Tuesday. Kel bought him this shirt just for me:) I did not pose him for this pic...he was trying to eat his hands and Kaitlyn was making faces at him. He looks like he is praying for Lee to win American Idol for his Auntie Stacey! It worked because Lee won:)

Group Playdate

On Monday the kids each had 2 friends over....do the math and thats a house full of 6 kids:) Am I nuts...maybe:) They all played so well and had a great time!!! They played outside for a little bit. It was very hot outside!

Planting Flowers

Today my parents came over early in the morning to plant flowers and add more flowering ground cover at our house. For Mothers Day every year my mom buys and plants flowers at our house. I love the tradition especially since I am not very good at picking out flowers:)

I was attempting to take a pic of the kids and I caught Kaitlyn right in the act as I was taking the pic.....she had just dumped a shovel full of dirt on Colin's flip flops. Notice the look on his face:( Colin was so sad! He is our clean boy and doesn't like to get dirty so this did not make him happy!

Then Cam and I went for a 3 1/2 mile run while the kids stayed with my parents. It was so nice to go without taking the kids in the jogger! My dad took pics while we were gone.

Mikaela's Softball Game

Wednesday afternoon we went to our neighbor Mikaela's softball game (did I mention she sits next to Lee DeWyze's cousin in 2 classes at school:)). Anyways, she is quite the super star athlete and we always joke that when she is up pitching she looks so intimidating! Nice pitch Mikaela!!

Picnic Lunch

The weather was absolutely perfect on Wednesday, sunny and in the mid 70's! After I finished cutting the lawn I promised the kids we would have a picnic lunch. We had such a great time sitting outside under our front tree and relaxing.

My Crazy Neighbors!

So we all know how much I love Lee DeWyze from American Idol right? Well, my crazy neighbors, who I love:) thought it would be funny to write on the back window of my truck while my garage door was open one afternoon. I wont name any names Rachel and Rose:) No I did not drive around with it on my car in case you were all wondering!!!

Note to self: Do not leave my garage door open when I am home anymore:)

Z & Q's first sleepover

Saturday night Kel and Randy went to a Gala fundraiser, so we had the boys overnight for their first sleepover together. They did great and we really enjoyed having them!!! Let me tell you though..... a 3 month old, 2 year old and two 4 year olds is quite the job! Thankfully Cam was here and is amazing with kids especially babies! But why I chose to try a new recipe on a night we had 4 kids I dont know. Cam and I ate in shifts since Zachary was a little fussy during that time. Here are Kel and Randy before they left.

Zachary was only up once at 2:30am ate and went back down pretty well. So all in all not a bad night. Here he is super early in the morning doing some tummy time!
