Dont forget....

Lately I have been so behind and I have been updating the blog with lots of new posts at one time. The front page only holds a few posts and then they move to the previous page. To make sure that you see all of the new posts...when you get towards the bottom of the home page on the right hand side it says older posts. Click on that to bring you back to the previous post page. I still have more from News Years Eve so keep checking back! Enjoy!☺

Navy Pier

Last Wednesday I tried to organize a Young family outing. We were all off work/school except for Lauren...we missed you Lauren! We all went down to the city to go to Navy Piers Winter Wonderland. Apparently everyone in Chicago had the same idea as me:( It was very crowded!
The kids didnt get to go on any rides but they loved sitting on these huge chairs:)

Group Pic:)
The indoor skating rink was pretty neat!
Papa and his girlie
Auntie Stacey and her snuggle bug Zachary♥
Uncle Randy and Quintin
Colin was amazed by this flying ride! He was too little to ride anyways.
It was decorated really pretty with lots of trees and lights!
We ate lunch at the Billy Goat Tavern and then the kids went outside to see the boats. Despite the day not going as planned due to the crowds we still had a great time!

Pranks, Pranks and More Pranks:)

Cam and I are so lucky to have such wonderful, fun neighbors!! We are always playing pranks on each other and the pranks have seemed to escalate over time:) Here are some of the latest. Rachel and John moved their lawn furniture into Rose and Dave front yard one day. Of course that night Rose and Rachel had to test it out:)
The latest prank was when we came home from out of town and found this! It was John and Rachel's Christmas tree in our front yard. Then Rose thought it would be funny to decorate it with fake money. We laughed SO hard when we pulled up and saw our money tree. You should have seen Kaitlyn and Colins faces when they saw the money...they thought it was real!
It did look real! Thanks to our wonderful neighbors for always keeping us on our toes and laughing:)

Willis Christmas

Christmas Day we went to Grandma and Papa's house for the Willis Christmas. We were so excited to spend some time with everyone! Its hard that we all live so far away and we look forward to seeing everyone. The kids especially LOVE seeing their cousins! Its cute how well they all play together!! Presents time. Ike loved his gift:) Reid is getting so big! And such a great help when it comes to the kids!
Jay is the 2nd oldest cousin. He did a great job helping the little kids build their new toys!
Everett was so excited to open gifts!!
Thanks Grandma and Papa for the Legos!!
Thanks Auntie Jill, Uncle Craig, Reid and Jay for the 2 new Moxie Girls!
More Legos! Yippee! Thanks Uncle Chad, Auntie Jolene, Everett and Ike!
Thanks Grandma and Papa for the salon chair for Kaylee!
Uncle KC and Auntie Rachel knew we really wanted blue and pink steering wheels for our Wii! Thanks so much!

Having fun in their pjs and being silly!
SO cute!
The kids favorite tradition to do with Grandma in the mornings when we visit....cook breakfast! Grandma bought them cute aprons to wear! They love their special time early in the morning with Grandma!
Ready to go to church!

Papa helped the kids make paper airplanes!
Kaitlyn is definitely Papas little girl♥

We love you Grandma and Papa! Thanks for a wonderful weekend! We hope to see you soon!

Christmas Morning

Christmas morning Cam and I were up before the kids. We couldn't believe that they slept in a little. Here are the kids finally up and ready to see if Santa came! He did come and the kids must have been really good this year!! Every year Kaitlyn and Colin love using their Cookies 4 Santa plate that Grandma Willis made for them.

The kids made these tiles in school for us. They did such a good job keeping the gifts a secret til we opened them Christmas morning!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we spent at my parents house with the extended family. Kaitlyn dressed up Kaylee in her fancy clothes and was ready to go! Kelly, Randy, Quintin and Zachary
As you can tell I am not a red person:) Nicole(aka Coco) and Zachary (aka Moose)

Coco is SO much fun to play with! She played dress up with all of the kids!

Mom and Aunt Shari with their famous green apple martinis!
Cam broke my moms good silverware! Whoops! How do you break a knife in half?!?! Dont ask! We laughed SO hard!

Thanks Aunt Shari and Uncle Jim for our Wii writing pad game!!
Thanks Uncle Jim for our Sonic Care kids toothbrush. Good thing he is our dentist and helps keep our teeth clean!!
The Young families best gift of 2010♥
