We were so excited that the gym was going to be on the WGN morning news! Ana Belaval from WGN came to do her Around Town segment on CrossFit. What great exposure this was for CF and the gym!! Kaitlyn and Colin were excited to meet Ana:)

In between filming segments the kids came out of the playroom and showed off their burpees!
