Pizza Night

Here we are on Day 4 of hanging out with the Harveys! We spent Thurs, Fri, Sat and Mon with them....and we still aren't sick of each other:) After the girls dance class we all went to Morettis Pizza. It was our first time their and the kids got to make their own pizzas. Their pizza was really yummy too! The 3 amigos waiting to make their pizzas!

All 4 kiddos did a great job making their pizzas...here they are ready to go in the oven.

After dinner we went back to their house to eat dessert. The adults had a guilt free dessert while the kids ate chocolate "suckers". Madi and her grandma made them for the kids and by the looks of their dirty faces I would say they liked them:)

4th of July

Saturday was another fun day! The kids dressed up in their plaid 4th of July outfits.

We stopped by my parents for a quick visit because their best friends were over and wanted to see the kids.

Then we headed over to the Harveys for a yummy BBQ. The girls were wearing Madis fancy dress up shoes:)

After dinner we went over to Ron and Tinas house for fireworks. They live on a lake and have a really neat back yard with a 2 tiered deck overlooking the water. Ron built this swing set and its huge!! The kids had a blast playing on it.

We didnt plan this but all 3 girls had the same PJ's on:) This was the second night we got home on or after midnight. We were so proud of the kids for their good behavior despite it being WAY past bedtime!!

Arlington Park Racetrack

Friday we started our 4th of July weekend festivities. The guys went golfing in the morning and then we all heading to the Arlington Racetrack. We had such a great time..didnt get home til midnight!! We watched some races, ate a picnic dinner and enjoyed some awesome fireworks! Despite it being extremely crowded the 4 kids and all of the adults had a blast:) Family Picture!

The kids did SO well! We had about 5 hours to kill before the fireworks. They stayed on our blanket and ate, danced, played and colored. They were rock stars!!

The Blue Semi!

Last Thursday we went to see Madi and Makennas grandpa's semi. They call their Grandparents Grammi Yia Yia and Papou(its Greek). So we like to call them that too:) Here is Madi and Kaitlyn checking out the semi.

Daddy had not seen the semi before so K & C were showing him all of the buttons.

Smiles from Colin...he LOVES to blow the big horn! He is obsessed with any type of vehicle or machine so he was have a blast checking out the semi!

Wednesday we went to see our friends Heidi and Tyler at their new house. We are so excited that they moved closer to us and look forward to lots of fun times together! Tyler will be a big brother in September:)

The kids had fun playing with Tylers toys. We cant wait to go back and play some more! Then we all went to lunch and met Auntie Kelly and Quintin. It was a fun morning!

Cams Fathers Day gift from my parents came this week too. We cant wait to break his new fire pit in!!

PROBLEM SOLVED!!! I was about to loose my mind today because Kaitlyn and Colin were having a difficult time sharing Colin's bike game. I made a trip to Lake Shore Learning(my favorite store!!) and bought this 5 min sand timer. They can easily use it and now take 5 min turns playing Colin's game. We tried it out tonight when we got home.

Thanks Grandma and Papa Young for my bike game. I was a little too young at my birthday to use it but now I am having so much fun with it!

K and C were too funny with the timer. They sat and waited for the sand to run out so they could yell out that its their turn. Kaitlyn was having some cucumbers, being silly and waiting patiently for her turn.
