New Years Eve

We went to our neighbors house with a few other families for New Years. I had a bad morning because I backed into a parked car and damaged a ladies car pretty bad. But thats a whole different story!! :)
So I was ready to enjoy a fun night out!
K, C and Lauren:)

Joey, Kaitlyn and Colin playing with Tom and Beth's slot machine. It didn't work so they were just putting tokens in:) Their basement is really neat....its a "drive in/oldies" theme!

Beth took over bartending when Tom took a break.

Cheers!

Poor Micheal! The kids were tackling him all night!!

Getting ready for 2010 to arrive!!

Happy New Year!! Colin was hiding and covering his ears since we were making so much noise:)

Thanks Rose for capturing how annoying Cam was being at the end of the night...these pics were too funny!!

He even had Colin helping him!! Thanks Tom and Beth for a fun night!!!

Winter Break

We had a wonderful, relaxing winter break. Cam has been home for 2 weeks and it was great!! We were busy around the holidays and did have the flu go through our house but all in all it was nice to spend so much time with each other!! The kids were so lucky to receive so many new toys, clothes etc! They have been very busy with all of their new stuff! Colin loves his new hoop in his bedroom from Auntie Kelly and Uncle Randy! He feels like such a big kid now!! He shoots, he scores...yeah for Colin!!
Life is good...enjoying a drinkable yogurt and playing a game!

I found the kids playing their Leapsters with their headphones on and INSIDE their new personalized travel bags from Aunt Shari & Uncle Jim! They are huge and will be great for traveling back and forth to visit Farm Grandma and Papa!

Since Kaitlyn was sick for Christmas Eve we moved hosting it to the day after Christmas. We were excited to have our family here. We love our Great Aunt Carmie!!

Enjoying our new Wii game...Mario Cart...on our new tv too:)

Colin is the building master!! He loves to build things and does a great job! He didn't nap one day last week...mostly because he wanted some time with mommy and daddy I think:) He made a combine all by himself!! This pic is for you Farm Papa!

Colin being silly!!

We went to the movies with Grandma, Papa and cousin Nicole to see the new Chipmunk Movie. It was SO cute!!

Kaitlyn enjoying her new crayola keyboard from Auntie Kristina and Uncle Brandon.

Future bloggers maybe:)
K & C reading to Kaitlyns AG twins....too cute:)

Here are a few Zhu Zhu Pet Videos....the kids LOVE these little hamsters!!

Christmas Dinner

After getting cleaned up and the kids napping we headed back to my parents for the extended family Christmas.
Auntie Stacey and Quintin...such a handsome stud in his tie!

Daddy, Uncle Randy, Uncle Bill and the kids played a little Playstation 3....the funny thing was that the kids had remotes that didn't work but they still thought they were playing:)

Me, mom and Kel

Cousins!

Mom & Dad

The "big" kids table!

The "little" kids table

The kids had fun playing Grandma's piano til she heard them...she just had it tuned...oops! That was the end of that fun:)

We always have a dance party at Grandmas!! Quintin...where are your clothes?!?!

Randy and Cam....brother in law love:)

Cousin Nicole (Coco) and the kids!

Aunt Shari's mom (Nana G) and Kaitlyn snuggling:)

We had a great Christmas!! We are so blessed to have wonderful families to spend the holidays with!

More Christmas Morning Pics

After waking up at 6:30am and doing Christmas just the four of us we headed to my parents house. We got their at 8:30 and everyone stays in their pjs:) The kids had their matching pjs on!
We were excited to have my moms Aunt join us for Christmas morning. And also Billy's girlfriend Lauren.

It was so cozy with the fireplace on. Look at how much our family has grown....their used to be only 5 stockings and now with a new baby coming soon my mom added a stocking for him on the far right. Kelly and Randy are keeping the name a secret(which is driving me NUTS!). So we are now up to 11 stockings....we are running out of room:)

The one thing that was on the kids list that Santa didn't bring....Leapsters!! Thanks Grandma and Papa!!

Spiderman and Hello Kitty ornaments!

Every year we get an ornament that has some significance for that last year. Since Cam and I are trying to be healthier and started running again last summer we were given runners ornaments:) My mom put the names of the 5K's that we ran on our ornaments.
Have you ever seen a 2 year old so excited about clothes:)

Papa adds to our LGB train set every year. We received the Santa's Workshop building!! Thanks Papa!
I have been REALLY wanting an SLR camera for a long time. My parents tricked me and gave me a box with a check and a camera ornament in it. They said I could go pick out which one I wanted. All along they were teasing me....the check wasn't enough to cover the camera. While we were cleaning up they had Quintin open one last gift with no tag on it and then give it to me. It was my camera!! My mom immediately said to hand the check back over to them and I wasn't getting both the camera and the check:) They really got me as I had no clue they were going to do that! They also gave me the bigger lens too. I was shocked and thrilled to say the least!

Grandma was helping the kids empty their stockings!

Papa helping the kids with their Leapsters.

We had a nice morning! Then we always go back home around lunchtime and give the kids naps and we shower and then head back to my parents for the extended family Christmas. Its a busy day but lots of fun! We pulled in to see this scarecrow by our front door. Our neighbors love to play tricks on each other...we were cracking up. Come to find out 2 other neighbors had scarecrows in their front yards too....by process of elimination we think we know who did it..but we wont name any names Jon and Rachel:) We now passed it along....in fact its a week after Christmas and they are still outside...too funny!
