1st Day of Kindergarten!

Where has the time gone and how do Cam and I have kids going to Kindergarten already?!?! It was bittersweet for us! We are SO proud! The kids were so excited to start school. Made us happy that they were so excited but sad at how fast they are growing up. Here are a ton of pics from their first day of school:)

Bus stop buddies! Arent those the 2 cutest sets of twins?!?! :) I babysit our neighbors Katie and Maddie every morning from 7am til the kids get on the bus at 8:48. Kaitlyn and Colin love having a playdate every morning:)

They are excited about learning new things and making new friends this year! I hope they continue to be as excited about homework as they are now. They really do a good job of getting in their reading everyday, practicing their sight word flashcards etc. They love their "stoplight" system for behavior at school so much they asked to have it at home. Yes, they asked!! So we now use that system for behavior at home too:)

Meet The Teacher Day

The kids were super excited to meet their teacher for Kindergarten! We were able to go to the school a few days before they started to bring in their supplies. Their teacher Mrs. Tessler is AMAZING and we could not be happier with her!!!
The kids are excited that Lexi is in their class this year. She was on their soccer team.

They did some work stations on Meet the Teacher Day. They were so excited to have their own "desks" spot at their tables.

The highlight of Kindergarten seems to be the bus AND lockers:)

FLORIDA♥

Cam and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary in Florida! We were so lucky to have been given this wonderful trip and opportunity to get away and enjoy some time as a couple! We had an absolutely amazing time!!!! Our plan is to not go that many years(9) again without a getaway which was MUCH needed! Here we are sitting on the plane waiting to take off! Thanks mom and dad for the tickets! We were spoiled in 1st class!! Our view from the condo we stayed in was beautiful! The pool and beach....couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Cindi and Dean for allowing us to have this amazing experience!!!

Cam swam out pretty far and found live sand dollars. I didnt know they were a brown color when living. Pretty neat!

We went to Salt Rock Grill for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks to the Harveys for the gift cert! It was so yummy!! Heres my fav pic from the trip:)

The kids had a great week with my parents, Kel, Randy, Q & Z! Thanks again for taking such good care of them everyone! We were welcomed home at the airport by my parents and the kids and their homemade sign:)

We were SO excited to see the kids when they pulled up!!! It was a much needed trip for Cam and I and we look forward to many more wonderful years together!! Love you hun!♥

Enjoying the last days of summer!

We have been having so much fun enjoying the last few days of summer! The weather has been beautiful and we have been going outside as much as possible. We love pipe cleaners and sat and built things for hours one afternoon.
Kaitlyn was at a girls playdate so Colin and Braedon had a boys only playdate. We picked up lunch and went to the park. They had the whole park to themselves which they loved!

We went swimming in our neighborhood with Morgan and her mom Stacy.
