We started our day early....as in 4:30am early!! The kids woke up then(which was 6:30am Chicago time) but they went to bed at 1:30am Chicago time so they were wiped! The adults only had 3 hours of sleep so we were wiped as well! We decided to make it a low key day....thats what vacations are for right?!? We were up so early and ate breakfast with all of the business people at 6am that we decided to go to La Jolla Beach..the sun wasnt even really out yet because it was so early. We wanted the kids to experience the ocean and the sand. Colin is still sick and we spoke with the pediatrician today....we are holding off on a steroid treatment and she told us to take him to the ER if he seems to get worse. We will see how he does through the night. He didnt seem any worse tonight so that was good! You would never know he was sick we all said!!

Tonight we went to meet our Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Betty for the first time. We were very excited! Last time mommy and daddy were visiting them mommy was 4 months pregnant with us.
Colin getting a ride on Great Grandpas electric wheelchair...he thought that was pretty cool!!
Uncle Bill and Papa took us for a jog around the block at our great grandparents townhouse complex.
Then we came back and Uncle Randy was blowing us some bubbles....Grandma was laughing at us as we tried to pop them:)
