Last night was the dinner/dance fundraiser for the kids school. It was nice to have an adult night out with Kristina & Brandon! Thanks mom and dad for babysitting! Yes, Kristina and I both had our jean jackets on...its like we have ESP:) The fundraiser was very casual and an 80's theme but we decided not to dress up for it.
Here's an update on our class art project. Kristina and I kept checking the auction table all night to see if people were bidding on our project and they were. We would sneak up and listen to what people were saying about it...they loved it! This was so cute and flattering.....one of the kids grandma in K & C's class liked it so much she stood guard and was going to outbid anyone so she could win it. She absolutely loved it!! So it was a success!!Also, the guys are thrilled that they won a 4-some golf outing at Kemper Lakes Private Golf Course...cost us $425 in the silent auction which we are splitting!! Yikes! I dont think the 4 of us thought we would win but we ended up winning.....guess this will be the guys one and only golf outing of the summer:)
