About two weeks ago my parents came over for dinner and to celebrate Easter with us since we would be out of town for the holiday.
Kaitlyn and Colin were so excited to open their baskets!
Thanks Grandma for taking so much time to sew us new chenille blankets...we know that they are so time consuming to make! We were so surprised and think of you every night when we are wrapped up and cozy for bed!
The kids picked out their fabric a few weeks ago but Grandma said that they wouldn't be done til their birthdays. Surprise! I have a blanket that my mom made me several years ago so we all have one now:) Kaitlyn choose a bright flowers fabric and Colin choose the "Illini". Its so cute because he always brings his work home from school and a few weeks ago he made a rainbow with only orange and blue colors just for his daddy:)
Thanks Papa for helping build an "egg nest" for us so we can go to college someday!!
Grandma made us try on all of our new clothes...here's K in her cherry bathing suit and cover up skirt!
