Kaitlyn and Colin just LOVE school, their teachers and their school friends!!! The biggest change this year is that they receive homework. They feel so cool that they get homework now just like all of the neighbor kids:) They receive a Scholastic homework assignment every Monday. I hang it on the fridge and we do their assignment during a quiet time:) Of course I made them cute laminated envelopes to put their homework tix in that they get when they turn in an assignment. When they have 5 tix they bring them back to school to and can pick something from the treasure box. They love homework for now so we should probably cherish it while they still do:)
Friday they made homemade apple pie. They each brought in an apple and then they put it together all by themselves. They were SO excited about their pie! They wanted to share it with their Grandma and Papa Willis when they arrived from out of town!! Yum!
